WILLMAR — A 32-year-old man was arrested Wednesday morning for driving under the influence during a traffic stop near the intersection of 28th Avenue Southeast and First Street South.
The man was processed and released Wednesday morning with a pending court date.

WILLMAR — A caller reported Wednesday morning that a vehicle went off road on the 2000 block of 66th Avenue Northeast and ran over some mailboxes.

SPICER — A caller reported Wednesday morning that a job trailer was broken into overnight on the 6600 block of 132nd Avenue Northeast.

Burglary
WILLMAR — The theft of a Ryobi drill and an inflator were reported Tuesday afternoon on the 5300 block of Lawler Beach Road Northeast.
Homecoming shenanigans
SPICER — Law enforcement seized a paintball gun early Wednesday morning from kids intent on hitting a house for homecoming on the 1200 block of 106th Avenue Northeast.
The juveniles were advised that they could have the paintball gun returned next week.
WILLMAR — A caller reported Tuesday night that a group of kids were toilet papering and egging a house on the 1200 block of 28th Street Northwest.
According to the report, there was no damage done to the house and the owner was fine with it.
Three injured in Tuesday afternoon rollover crash near Willmar
WILLMAR — A single vehicle rollover Tuesday afternoon in Saint John's Township injured three people, according to the Minnesota State Patrol, including two passengers who were not wearing seat belts.

Morton man sentenced to 66 months for high-speed chase while impaired
OLIVIA — A Morton man was sentenced Sept. 15 in Renville County District Court to 66 months in prison following an August 2020 incident when he led police on a 30-mile chase while under the influence.

Montevideo woman seriously hurt in Highway 23 crash
MARSHALL — A 22-year-old Montevideo woman suffered life-threatening injuries as a passenger in a vehicle that collided with a semitractor at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday on state Highway 23 near the intersection with state Highway 91 in Lyon County.
