WILLMAR -- A 25-year-old Willmar man was arrested Saturday after allegedly taking a vehicle from Olivia without the owner's permission.
Kandiyohi County authorities first received a report of a stolen vehicle at about 9:30 a.m. About 15 minutes later, they received complaints of drivers nearly forced off Highway 71 by an erratic driver. Law enforcement found the vehicle when the driver pulled off the highway onto 45th Avenue so he could urinate.
The man was arrested on suspicion of third-degree driving while intoxicated, open bottle and refusal to test.
WILLMAR -- A 29-year-old Willmar man was arrested Saturday after a minor traffic accident at Highway 12 and Second Street Southwest in Willmar.
The man was arrested on charges of terroristic threats, criminal vehicular injury, two counts of second-degree driving under the influence, refusal to test, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and open bottle.

WILLMAR -- A 23-year-old Willmar man was arrested Sunday morning after a traffic stop at Lakeland Drive Northeast and High Avenue in Willmar. He was arrested on suspicion of fourth-degree driving while intoxicated and blood alcohol of .08 or more within two hours of driving.
