According to court records, McKenna was ordered to have no direct or indirect contact with a woman or her children, but he asked his mother to call the woman to tell her to send money to him.

The mother allegedly called the woman three times in May and June. The woman reported the calls, and recorded phone calls from the prison verified that McKenna had asked his mother to call the woman.

* Brett Leslie Delp, 40, of Willmar appeared in court Thursday on a felony charge of burglary and misdemeanor charges of theft and receiving stolen property.

Delp was released on his own recognizance. His next court appearance is scheduled for Sept. 29.

Delp is accused of stealing five large, steel brake drums from property in Green Lake Township. The owner reported the theft of the drums. Some had been outside the barn on the property, and others had been inside.

According to the court file, the tenant living on the land said Delp had been on the property several weeks earlier and had asked if he could take the drums and sell them for scrap. The tenant said she told him he could not because they did not belong to her.

Authorities checked the records and videotape of Phillips Recycling of Willmar. The records and the tape indicated that Delp had been there on Aug. 13 with the five drums. He received $64.62 for them.

According to the complaint filed against him, when questioned, Delp admitted that he knew that he did not have permission to take the drums.
