WILLMAR -- The Ridgewater College nursing programs will host an on-site accreditation evaluation in March.
The Nursing League of Nursing Accrediting Commission will visit the Willmar and Hutchinson campuses from March 4-6 to evaluate the practical nursing and associate degree nursing programs. According to a news release, the visit is a portion of the continuing accreditation process in which Ridgewater participates every five to eight years.
As another part of the evaluation, constituents are given the opportunity to provide information about the programs.

Public meetings are planned on each campus, where people may also make comments about the programs. The meetings will be from 2 to 2:30 p.m. March 5 on the Hutchinson campus and from 2:30 to 3 p.m. on the Willmar campus.
