MINNEAPOLIS -- At Minneapolis Community and Technical College on Wednesday night the Ridgewater Warriors got beat up and then they got robbed.
The Mavericks (14-4),overwhelmed the Warriors out of the gate bolting to a 45-17 lead at halftime on the way to a 89-60 win in the Southern Division.
It got worse back in the locker room. Thieves had made off with player's wallets, jewelry and iPods.
"Some of those iPods cost $200, $300," said Ridgewater coach Bob Knutson. "The police came and a report was made. It was a pretty bad deal."
The Mavericks were led by Cortex Wallace with 19 points and nine rebounds and 6-10 Bob Bilitz with 17 points.

"I think they could beat a lot of MIAC teams," said Knudson.
Ridgewater got 11 points from Jarrett Campbell and 10 each from Cory Nietfeld and Travis Schultz.
