The Ridgewater College women's basketball team is ranked fifth in the Minnesota Community College Conference after ending the pre-division schedule with a 10-3 record.
The four ranked in front of the Lady Warriors are also from the Southern Division: (1) Anoka-Ramsey, 13-1; (2) Rochester, 9-2; (3) Riverland, 12-1; (4) Minnesota West, 7-6.
Ridgewater's Lisa Nielsen ranks second in field-goal accuracy (58.5 percent) Hilary Groothuis is second in rebounding (9.5 rpg) and Tara Thielke is first in steals (5.3).
