WILLMAR -- Robert Norman Sandler, 46, of Willmar died unexpectedly Thursday at his home.
The service is at 11 a.m. Wednesday at First Covenant Church in Willmar.
Visitation is for one hour before the service at the church. Arrangements are by Peterson Brothers Funeral Home of Willmar.

He was born March 4, 1962, in Minneapolis to Harry and Mary Elizabeth (Smith) Sandler. He grew up in the Minneapolis area and later moved to New London. In 2001 he moved to Willmar. He worked at various jobs in the Willmar area, including working at Target and the Blue Heron.
He volunteered at Goodwill. He was active with First Covenant Church, where he was involved in children's ministry and an assistant in the summer outreach ministry, Fun in the Park and the High Voltage Wednesday night ministry. He also was a LIFE Group leader and served as an usher.
He is survived by his sister: Harriette (and Brad) Connor of New London; three nieces; and other relatives.
His parents preceded him in death.
