CYRUS -- Rosalie Otters Rosholt, 80, of Cyrus died Thursday at the St. Cloud Hospital.
The service will be at 2:30 p.m. today at Trinity Lutheran Church in Cyrus. Burial will be Tuesday at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service today at the church. Arrangements are by Pedersen Funeral Home in Morris.
She was born July 11, 1927, in Waucoma, Iowa, to Clarence and Florence (Kent) Otters. She grew up in Chicago. She graduated from William Howard Taft High School in 1945 and graduated from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, in 1949 with a bachelor's degree.

She married Donald H. Rosholt on July 17, 1948, in Chicago. They moved to Decorah, Iowa, and then to Canton where she taught school. They later lived in St. Paul Park and Bloomington. They moved to Cyrus in 1981.
She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, where she was a WELCA officer, church council member, a voting member of the ELCA Churchwide Assembly and the ELCA SWMN Synod. She served as president of the West Central Word Alone Chapter and secretary and board member of ReClaim Resources for Lutherans. She was also a member of the study club, Sons of Norway and the Pope County Senior Citizens.
She is survived by her husband; daughters: Donnis (and Steven) Tolle of Denver and Linda Rosalie (and Lee) Hash of Appleton, Wis.; sons: David Rosholt of Richfield and John (and Michelle) Rosholt of Montrose; daughter-in-law: Debra Rosholt of Reedsburg, Wis.; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren; and her sister: Beverly (and Harold) Pearson of Hideaway, Texas.
She was preceded in death by a son: Paul; a granddaughter; and a brother.
