WILLMAR -- A runaway who has been reported missing since July 28 has sent a letter to her family's pastor, according to information provided by the Willmar Police Department.
Jocelyn Heather Enstad, 17, sent a letter to the family's pastor, who passed the information on to the family and contacted police about it Saturday. The missing girl's mother confirmed that the handwriting belonged to her daughter.
The letter carried a Minneapolis postmark.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension lists Enstad as a missing person.
