Chelsey Runia of Osage and Dan Nisbet of Fargo, N.D., are engaged to be married May 1 at Hope Lutheran Church in Fargo.
Runia is the daughter of Julie Runia and Doug Runia of Clara City.
She is a 2005 graduate of MACCRAY Senior High School in Clara City and a 2008 graduate of Minnesota State University-Moorhead with a bachelor's degree in social work. She is employed by Hubbard County Social Services in Park Rapids as a social worker.
Nisbet is the son of Bill and Nancy Nisbet of East Grand Forks.
He is a 2003 graduate of East Grand Forks Senior High School and a 2007 graduate of Minnesota State University-Moorhead with a bachelor's degree in graphic communication and multimedia and digital design. He is employed by Studio 7 Productions in Fargo as a graphic designer.
