CLARKFIELD -- Ruth Agnes VanStelten, 84, of Clarkfield died Monday at the Clarkfield Care Center.
The service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at United Methodist Church in Montevideo. Burial will be Saturday at Arco Cemetery in Arco.
There will be no visitation. Arrangements are with Lynner Funeral Home in Clarkfield.

She was born March 28, 1922, in Lake Benton to Johannes and Agneta (Nielson) Krog.
She married Darwin "Van" VanStelten on March 28, 1944, in Arco. She was a teacher and taught in many rural schools. She worked in the library at the Clarkfield Public Schools until retiring in 1985.
She is survived by her husband; daughters: Carol (and Bill) Hagedorn of Ann Arbor, Mich., Twyla (and Mike) Kanten of Milan; several grandchildren; three great-granddaughters; and one sister: Norma Krammer.
She was preceded in death by one brother and three sisters.
