WILLMAR -- The city of Willmar's RV Dump Site will no longer have water available for washdown after Sunday. The site will continue to be available for sanitary dumping only until snow prohibits access to the site at the south entrance of the Kandiyohi County Recycling Center off 22nd Street Southwest.
