CLARA CITY -- Sarah Wearda, 92, of Clara City died Sunday at Bethesda Heritage in Willmar.
The service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Bethany Reformed Church in Clara City. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Harvey Anderson Funeral Home Clara City Chapel and one hour prior to the service Thursday at the church.

She was born Oct. 9, 1915, in Clara City to Tade and Andrea (Brouwer) Andresen. She grew up in the Clara City area, where she attended school. She graduated in 1932 from Clara City High School.
She married Dick Wearda on Oct. 7, 1937. They farmed in rural Clara City. In 1946 they moved to Clara City. There they owned and operated Wearda Implement for the next 35 years, retiring in 1979. They spent their winters in Clearwater, Fla. Dick died on Jan. 27, 2005.
She was a lifetime member of Bethany Reformed Church and active in Ladies Aid.
She is survived by her daughter: Dee (and Byron) Ahrenholz of Spicer; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a sister: Katie Asche of Clara City; and a brother: Andres Andresen of Clara City.
She was preceded in death by her husband and one brother.
