Freed-Hardeman University

Scout Anderson, of Kandiyohi, participated in a classroom project at Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, Tennessee, to raise money for the Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse in Henderson. They designed and sold face masks that resembled the lower mustached-half of Freed-Hardeman University President David Shannon's face.

Donna Middleton started working at the West Central Tribune in 1975 and has been the news assistant since 1992. She compiles the arts, health, farm and community page calendars, as well as rewrites and works on the special sections.
