WADENA - A Sebeka man is facing two sex crime charges after allegedly performing acts with a 5-year-old boy.
Anthony Joseph Besett, 27, was charged Feb. 5 in Wadena County District Court with two counts of fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct -- lewd exhibition -- under 16 present.
According to court documents, a 5-year-old boy told a school interventionist that Besett had "told him to come into the bedroom for a surprise." While there, the boy said, Besett "did a song and dance for him 'like a girl,'" and encouraged the boy to touch his private parts.
The boy also told the interventionist that Besett had often walked around the house naked in his presence.
The alleged incidents occurred between Dec. 23-29.

Besett was scheduled for a first appearance on the charges on March 2.
