OLIVIA -- Minnesota Secretary of State Mark Ritchie will visit Olivia Monday to address township officials.
Ritchie is scheduled to give an address at 9 a.m. at the Renville County Township Association meeting at the Renville County Office Building. Ritchie, a Democrat, was elected Secretary of State in November. He took office last month.
