WILLMAR -- Eight underage adults were cited for alcohol violations and another man arrested for drunk driving early Tuesday morning in two separate incidents in Willmar.
According to reports filed with the Willmar Police Department, five adults were cited for underage drinking after a noisy party was reported along the 800 block of Seventh Street Northwest.
Another three underage citations were issued during a traffic stop near the intersection of Ninth Street Northwest and Lake Avenue. The 22-year-old driver from Vesta was arrested for fourth-degree driving while impaired.
