Fae Becklund, 58, Redwood Falls, Minn., suffered minor injuries after sheet metal slipped off a passing car and smashed against her Toyota's passenger door and roof before 10 a.m. Monday on U.S. Highway 59, north of Thief River Falls.
Becklund was sitting in the passenger seat when the metal hit that side, according to a report from the Minnesota State Patrol. The car's driver, Eugene Becklund, 60, was not injured, according to the report.
The State Patrol was unable to find the driver of the vehicle carrying the sheet metal, according to the report.
Information about Becklund's condition has not been released.
