WILLMAR -- Willmar Police Chief Jim Kulset said Friday morning that 16-year-old Alicia Mae Allred of Willmar was located by Kandiyohi County sheriff's deputies at about 5 p.m. Thursday at a residence on the tri-county road east of Lake Calhoun.
Three other people were at the residence at the time, Kulset said.
Kulset said the girl fled on foot, but was apprehended and was returned to her parents.
Allred's family had reported the girl as missing after she left her home Wednesday evening.
