BOYD -- Shirley Ann Shogren, 67, of Boyd died Tuesday at the Johnson Memorial Home in Dawson.
The service will be at 1 p.m. today at Lynner Funeral Home in Clarkfield.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Friday at the funeral home.
She was born Nov. 16, 1940, in Wood Lake to John and Pearl (Erickson) Doose. She attended school in Boyd and graduated from Brandon High School in Brandon.
She married Richard Shogren on Aug. 13, 1959, in Dover, Del. Richard served in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years. Then they moved to Alexandria. Later they moved to Springs, Nev., until Richard died. Then she returned to Boyd.

She is survived by her daughter: Vanessa (and Van) Kalina of Alexandria; a son: Jon Shogren (and special-friend, Christina) of Las Vegas; three grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; sisters: Arlene (and Merle) Hahn and Violet (and Virgil) Anderson, both of Boyd, Luvonne Priebe of Benson; and a brother: Gordon (and Cheryl) Doose of Alexandria.
She was preceded in death by her husband;, daughter: Cassandra; two grandsons; son-in-law: Alan Kalina; and two brothers.
