Danielle and Alyssa Dahl, both of Willmar, could meet another area sister tandem in the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional this weekend.
The Dahls, who play on the Concordia volleyball, lead the Cobbers into the regional tournament Thursday at Eau Claire, Wis.
Waiting for a possible meeting are Carly and Abby Freiborg of Sacred Heart, who play for Wisconsin-Eau Claire. The teams would meet Friday in the semifinals should the Cobbers beat Beloit and the Blugolds defeat Carthage.
Danielle Dahl was recently named to the all-MIAC conference volleyball team and Carly Freiborg earned all-first team honors in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, the school announced Tuesday.
