St. Cloud man injured in motorcycle crash near Richmond

Kevin Jungles, 28, of St. Cloud, was transported to St. Cloud Hospital for non-life threatening injuries after a motorcycle crash Friday evening near Richmond.

A St. Cloud man was injured in a motorcycle crash Friday a few miles south of Richmond.

RICHMOND — A St. Cloud man was injured in a motorcycle crash around 5:47 p.m. Friday a few miles south of Richmond, according to a Stearns County Sheriff’s Office news release.

Kevin Jungles, 28, was driving a 2016 Honda motorcycle northbound on the 21000 block of County Road 71 in Wakefield Township when he lost control of it as he negotiated the curve.

Jungles was thrown from the motorcycle. He was not wearing a helmet and suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Mayo Ambulance transported Jungles to the St. Cloud Hospital for treatment of his injuries.

Alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the crash.

Chain of Lakes Fire and Rescue assisted the Sheriff’s Office with the incident.
