WILLMAR - The Minnesota Department of Transportation says it has now opened most of the state highways in west central and southwestern Minnesota. According to a news release, roadways are in fair winter driving condition with some drifting snow and reduced visibility.
State Highway 68 from U.S. Highway 71 to Wabasso remained closed as of 7:45 a.m. but was expected to be open soon.
MnDOT snowplow operators are out and continuing to work on the highways.
