KIMBALL -- Stearns County Sheriff John Sanner on Monday warned residents near Kimball about a recent string of burglaries in the area.
According to a news release, the Sheriff's Office responded to three burglaries on July 23 in Maine Prairie, Luxemburg and Fairhaven townships near Kimball. The one in Maine Prairie Township was a failed attempt. The Sheriff's Office also responded to another in the area several days prior.
The Sheriff's Office indicated that a bluish-green car with two white, male suspects was reported in all four cases.
The Stearns County sheriff requested that residents of the area lock their doors and windows when away from home and notify neighbors if they will be away for a long period of time. To report any information about these burglaries, call the Stearns County Sheriff's Office at 320-251-4240.
