Thunderstorms brought damaging wind and hail Thursday morning to west central Minnesota.
There were reports of trees down and power outages, as well as reports of other wind damage.
Some area sheriffs were asking citizens to avoid travel as there were downed power lines and branches blocking roadways, and several businesses and other organizations cancelled activities for the day.
