WILLMAR -- Sugar beet growers are invited to a weed control update meeting from 9 to 11 a.m. Nov. 18 at the Kandi Entertainment Center in Willmar.
North Dakota State University Extension sugar beet specialist Jeff Stachler will discuss weed control in glyphosate-resistant beets versus weed control in conventional sugar beets. A number of ag chemical dealers will be available at the meeting to discuss weed control options for the coming season.
