Teenager injured in Thursday morning rollover crash in Redwood County

LAMBERTON TOWNSHIP — A Jeffers teenager was injured during a rollover crash Thursday morning east of Lamberton, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

According to the crash report, Allison Renae Gruber, 17, of Jeffers, was traveling eastbound on U.S. Highway 14 in a 2008 Pontiac G6 when the vehicle lost control and rolled.

She suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Carris Health - Redwood Hospital in Redwood Falls.

Gruber was wearing her seat belt but her airbag did not deploy.

Alcohol was not involved, according to the State Patrol, and road conditions were dry.

The Redwood County Sheriff’s Office, CentraCare Ambulance and the Lamberton Fire Department and Ambulance responded to the incident reported at 8:31 a.m. Thursday.
