FERGUS FALLS -- Willmar lost to Fergus Falls on Tuesday in Central Lakes Conference tennis 6-1.
Freshman Carrie Boike picked up the Cardinals' lone point with her win at 4-singles, 6-1, 6-3 over Ashley Heintzelman. Boike is now 4-1 at the four spot.
Emily Jacobson led off for the Otters with a 6-2, 6-0 win over Emily Kack.
Willmar (1-4, 1-9) has two home make-up matches to end the week: 4:30 Friday vs. Rocori and 10 a.m. Saturday vs. St. Cloud Apollo.
Fergus Falls improved to 2-2 in the CLC and 5-6 overall.
