GLENWOOD -- Thomas Emil Pettner, 20, of Glenwood died Tuesday at his home.
The service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Hoplin-Hitchcock Funeral Chapel in Glenwood.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
He was born on July 7, 1987, in Minneapolis to Peter and Linda (Whalstrom) Pettner. He grew up in Onamia, where he graduated in 2005 from Crosby-Ironton High School. He had recently moved to Glenwood to work and be closer to family.
He is survived by his parents of Glenwood; sisters: Julie Pope (and fiancé Glen Frie) of Glenwood, Debbie (and Jeff) Gandhi of St. Cloud, LuAnn Lucas of California, Starlett McNutt of Pennsylvania; brother: James Lucas of St. Paul; grandparents, Larry and Beatrice Person of Deerwood; and fiancée: Veronica Polittle of Glenwood.

He was preceded in death by a brother and his paternal grandparents.
