WILLMAR -- The Minnesota State Patrol has identified the three people who died from injuries received in a crash Saturday morning on U.S. Highway 71 at the Renville/Kandiyohi line, about 14 miles south of Willmar.
They were Fred E. Kingstrom, 89, and Ebba M. Kingstrom, 83, both of Sacred Heart, and their daughter, Andrea J. Kingstrom, 44, of Bird Island.
Fred Kingstrom was taken to Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar and was flown to Hennepin County Medical Center where he died Saturday night. Ebba Kingstrom died at the scene. Andrea Kingstrom was also taken to Rice Hospital and airlifted to Hennepin County Medical Center where she died.
The victims were passengers in a 1996 Ford driven by Mark F. Kingstrom, 54, of Sacred Heart. He was treated for bumps and bruises at Rice Hospital and released.
The patrol said the crash happened at 11:35 a.m. on Highway 71 south of Willmar. A 1997 Chevy driven by Daniel T. Kadlec, 28, of Kandiyohi and pulling a trailer with a snowmobile on it, was following a southbound snow plow in the curves.

Snow was causing poor visibility. The patrol said the Chevy crossed over into the northbound lane and hit the Ford head on. The patrol said Kadlec was treated for a broken leg, bumps and bruises at Rice Hospital.
