LaDainian Tomlinson ran for 107 yards, including a 17-yard touchdown run, to lead the San Diego Chargers to a 23-3 victory over the Denver Broncos Monday night in San Diego.
The Chargers improved to10-5 with their fifth straight win and ninth in the last 11 games.
Tomlinson, who sat out most of the second half, took over the NFL rushing lead with 1,418 yards in his pursuit for his second straight rushing title.
The Chargers can sew up the AFC's No. 3 seed with a win at Oakland on Sunday.
