WILLMAR - Two open houses will be held Tuesday to provide details for a $29 million project on state Highway 23 that's scheduled to take place next year from Cottonwood to Granite Falls.

The second meeting will be held from 6 - 7 p.m. at the Kilowatt Community Center in Granite Falls.

Staff from MnDOT will be present at both meetings to talk about the project, detour and answer questions.
