WILLMAR - Law enforcement officers are patrolling the area of 12th and 13th Street along Ella Avenue Northwest with guns drawn as they respond to an incident this morning in that area.

According to Carolyn Lange, Tribune reporter on the scene, Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s deputies and SWAT team officers have their long guns in hand.

Deputies, officers from the Willmar Police Department and Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office are on the scene, according to the Lange.
