WILLMAR -- A digital camera was reported stolen Friday from an apartment in the 1500 block of Becker Avenue Southeast. Willmar Police are investigating.
WILLMAR -- Between 90 and 100 compact discs were stolen from a car some time Friday while the vehicle was parked on Dana Drive Southeast. A window had been smashed to break into the vehicle. Damage was estimated between $1,000 and $1,200. Willmar Police are investigating.
LAKE LILLIAN -- A 33-year-old man from Lake Lillian was chased and arrested by Kandiyohi County sheriff's deputies Friday night after trying to run away from the scene of a reported theft. Charges pending against the suspect include felony theft, driving after revocation and fleeing on foot.
WILLMAR -- Authorities responded at 2 p.m. Sunday to a report of a strong smell of natural gas at the Pizza Hut restaurant. CenterPoint Energy was called to make repairs.
BLOMKEST -- Fire broke out in a barn Sunday morning at a farm on 210th Avenue Southwest, south of Blomkest. The fire was reported shortly before 6:30 a.m.

Blomkest firefighters responded to the scene. A tanker from the Lake Lillian Fire Department also was called in.
Further details were not available Sunday night.
Kandiyohi County
- Maria Elena Gutierrez, 28, of Willmar, was sentenced Friday to 18 months in prison at the Shakopee Correctional Facility for women for possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, but the sentence was stayed for 30 years.
The court ordered that she serve 365 days in the Kandiyohi County Jail, with credit for 195 days served. She must also serve 30 years of supervised probation and pay a fine of $1,500 and fees of $15 and $75.
The complaint charges that she was arrested Aug. 3 when she was stopped by an officer on Trott Avenue in Willmar for driving after revocation.
A search of her vehicle prior to its being towed revealed a Marlboro cigarette box holding four baggies. Tests later showed that their contents included 5.6 grams of methamphetamine and 6 grams of cocaine.
Court records show she has a 2003 conviction for controlled substance possession in Kandiyohi County .
