Willmar's Abdi Awale and Jackie Johnson were named as Central Lakes Conference Performers of the Week Tuesday.
Awale led the Willmar boys cross country team to a perfect score of 15 at the Willmar Invite Saturday. He placed first overall in a time of 16:07.
Johnson finished 10th overall in 17:02 to lead the Willmar girls to a second-place finish at the Willmar Invite Saturday.
