BROOTEN -- Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa, ranked fifth in the latest Associated Press Class A volleyball poll, committed only seven hitting errors en route to beating Hancock 25-11, 25-12, 25-12 in non-conference action Monday.
Emily Roelike led the Jaguars (7-0) with 11 kills in 18-of-20 attempts.
Heidi Lensing added 10 kills on 16-of-19 attempts. Rachel Anderson was 13-of-13 hitting and had six kills and Ashley Serbus was 10-for-10 with three kills.
Lensing and Anderson also had three ace blocks each for the Jaguars. Julie Hieserich recorded 29 assists and Roelike had 12 digs.
BBE was coming off a tournament win at the Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted Invitational in which it went 4-0.

Hancock fell to 1-3 on the season. No statistics were available for the Owls.
