KANDIYOHI COUNTY - Kandiyohi County Sheriff Dan Hartogg has stated Thursday that Kandiyohi County was notified Wednesday that an individual was picked up by McLeod County Law Enforcement around 1 p.m. Wednesday in McLeod County after allegedly shooting up cars and buildings with a long gun, which could have been a higher caliber, according to the incident report. Hartogg said the individual was located at a residence in McLeod County.
