Utilities work continues in Kandiyohi

An excavator from Voss Plumbing-Heating of Paynesville removes soil Tuesday so workers can replace water and sewer mains on Fourth Street in Kandiyohi. Besides this work being done just south of U.S. Highway 12, work is also being done north of the highway blocking access to the town’s business district from the south.
