Valentine nuggets

Madelyn Swieringa, near, Cecilia Trevino and Addison Ball are finishing up their Monday lunch, which included three heart-shaped chicken nuggets leading up to Valentine’s Day on Saturday. All three are students in Carmen Knott’s kindergarten class at Roosevelt Elementary School in Willmar. Head cook Steve Fischer said about 2,400 nuggets were served up in 825 hot lunches.
