WILLMAR -- Verda Ann Lang, 76, of Oelwein, Iowa, formerly of Willmar, died Nov. 23 at Oelwein Health Care Center of lung and bone cancer.
The service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Willmar. Inurnment was at Woodlawn Cemetery in Oelwein, Iowa.
She was born Oct. 5, 1930, in Willmar to William and Clara (Rhoda) Bierbaum. She grew up in Willmar and graduated from Willmar High School in 1948.
She married Earl Lang on Oct. 30, 1955, in Prairie du Chien, Wis. They lived in Oelwein, Iowa, and she worked in sales and also made drapery at the Oelwein Decorating Center.

She was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church.
She is survived by her siblings: Helen Skottegaard of St. Paul, Victor Bierbaum of Willmar; and her nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband and one brother.
