A reported gas leak around 11 a.m. Wednesday caused the evacuation of a number of homes near the intersection of Richland Avenue Southwest and 20th Street Southwest, two blocks south of 19th Avenue Southwest.
It appears crews were on scene until 12:20 p.m. and the situation was under control.
