RENVILLE -- Vivian Nantke, 92, of Renville died Saturday at the RenVilla Nursing Home in Renville.
The service will be at 1 p.m. today at the Dirks-Blem Funeral Home in Renville. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Renville.
Visitation will be one hour before the service at the funeral home.

She was born Oct. 23, 1914, in Sacred Heart to Victor and Tina (Brevig) Peterson. She graduated as salutatorian from Renville High School in 1933. She worked at a local mercantile in Sacred Heart.
She married Theodore Nantke on April 22, 1947, in Sacred Heart. They farmed in rural Renville for many years. Theodore died in 1992, and she moved to town. She became a resident of RenVilla Nursing Home 4½ years ago.
She is survived by her son: David (and Vicki) Nantke of Oakdale; two grandsons; four great-grandchildren; and one brother: Norman Peterson of Renville.
She was preceded in death by her husband and two brothers.
