HOWARD LAKE -- Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa earned a share of the Central Minnesota Conference volleyball title with a 25-23, 25-21, 25-21 win over Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted Monday.
The Jaguars (6-1, 24-3) would share the crown with Maple Lake if the Irish beat Rockford today. If Rockford wins, BBE captures the title outright.
April Hansen smacked 13 kills to lead the Jaguars, followed by Ashley Lensing, who was 17-for-17 with 10 kills. Sarah Gruber recorded 18 assists.
