MORRIS -- The Lac qui Parle Valley Eagles spilled Morris in a tight five-game West Central South Conference match 23-25, 28-26, 18-25, 27-25 and 15-8 on Monday.
The Eagles got ahead quickly in the tiebreaker and the Tigers were unable to claw their way back.
The Eagles' remain a match behind Yellow Medicine East and Benson in the conference race.
LQPV had Andrea Rheingans finish with 11 kills and Micaela Erickson and Callie Bergeson with 10 kills apiece. Miranda Bonk and Angie Thompson combined for 38 assists.
Morris (5-3, 10-5) got 43 set assists from Brianna Neuman. Of those, 15 went to Erin Schieler and 10 to Jenna Nelson, who also got 20 digs.
