GRANITE FALLS -- Four players hammered down 10-or-more kills for Yellow Medicine East Tuesday to help the Sting upend BOLD 25-11, 25-16, 23-25, 25-20 in the West Central South Conference opener.
Anne Jepson led YME (2-0) with 11 kills while Livi Jeseritz, Jamie Baker and Macy McKay had 10 apiece.
Jeseritz also piled up a match-high five ace serves. Courtney Knudson directed the offense with 40 assists.
Jaclyn Wertish, Samantha Dooner and Anne Dooner had four kills each for BOLD.
