MONTEVIDEO -- Warren Winkelman, 84, of Montevideo died Friday at Luther Haven Nursing Home in Montevideo.
The service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Kviteseid Lutheran Church in Milan. Interment will be at the Kviteseid Lutheran Milan Methodist Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. today at Anderson Funeral Home in Montevideo.

He was born on May 9, 1921, in Holloway to Fred and Bertha (Munsterman) Winkelman. He married Norma Streed on Dec. 13, 1941, on her family farm. They farmed in rural Milan until the early '70s.
They moved to Montevideo in 2005. He was a resident of Clarkfield Care Center and the Luther Haven Nursing Home in Montevideo. He was a member of Kviteseid Lutheran Church.
He is survived by his wife; children: Dean (and Sue) Winkelman of Cedar, Minn; Dianne (and Larry) Hagenstad of Chisago City, and Carol (and Lynn) Gilbertson of St. Michael; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a sister: Laverne Bahl of Appleton; two sisters-in-law; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters; two brothers; and a granddaughter.
