MOORHEAD -- Ridgewater College had four placewinners Saturday at the Minnesota State University Moorhead Invitational -- a meet that featured 10 senior colleges.
Brent Mason was second and Steve Westby third, both at heavyweight, Jimmy Marx took fifth at 125 pounds and Justin Turek placed fourth at 149.
"We took our lumps, but the learning curve was steep," said coach Jesse Nelson.
The meet included North Dakota State, Augsburg and Augustana, all top programs in the Upper Midwest.
