Sara Bakken and Eric Dolan were united in marriage Sept. 22 at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Milroy.
The bride is the daughter of Jim and Maren Bakken of Dawson. The groom is the son of Tom and Julie Dolan of Milroy.
Maid of honor was Amy Bakken, sister of the bride. Bride's attendants were Jessica Dolan, sister of the groom, and Jody Wharton and Sammantha Scheffler, friends of the bride. Flower girls were Aftyn Christenson, Caitlynn Christenson and Abby Coquyt, cousins of the groom.
Best man was Pat Coquyt, uncle of the groom. Groom's attendants were Tim Vanderwerf, cousin of the groom, and RyanRholik and Justin Schlemmer, friends of the groom.
Ushers were Derek Dolan and Zack Coquyt, cousins of the groom.

A reception and dance were held at the Best Western Marshall Inn.
The couple is living in Marshall where the bride is employed by the Marshall Independent, and the groom is employed by the Schwan Food Co.
