Janelle Monette and Chris Borgen were united in marriage Sept. 29 at the Colonial Church in Edina.
The bride is the daughter of Lee and Jan Monette of Roseville. The groom is the son of Rick Borgen and Shari Borgen of Willmar.
Matron of honor was Sarah Amendola, friend of the bride. Bride's attendants were Amy Banks, Gina Thompson, Stacy Emberton, Karen Miller and Tara Lentz, friends of the couple, and Theresa Clark, sister of the groom. Junior attendant was Sydney Jo Borgen, daughter of the groom.
Best man was AdamBorgen, brother of the groom. Groom's attendants were Scott Oswald, Kai Milota, Jesse McCambridge, Chris George and Jeff Olson, friends of the couple, and Don Monette, brother of the bride. Junior attendant was Josiah Haats, son of the groom.
Ushers were Brad Plahn, Tony DeForge and Mike Hadler, friends of the couple.

A reception and dance were held at The Depot in St. Paul.
Following a wedding trip to the South Pacific, the couple is living in Minneapolis. The groom is founder and president of Industrial Protection Corporation in St. Louis Park. The bride is employed as an associate by SRF Consulting Group Inc. in Plymouth.
