Erica Joy Laine Slagter and Kevin Lynn Ziehl were united in marriage Sept. 1 at the home of the bride's parents by Big Kandiyohi Lake in Lake Lillian.
The bride is the daughter of Timothy and Renae Slagter of Lake Lillian. The groom is the son of Gary and Nora Ziehl of Raymond.
Maid of honor was Natalie Slagter, cousin of the bride. Bride's attendants were Nicole Frikke and Amy Groen, friends of the bride, and Lindsey Sir and Hillary Slagter, cousins of the bride. Flower girl was Kailey Hines, niece of the groom.
Best man was Ron Graves, friend of groom. Groom's attendants were Brandon Meyer, Jon Frikke, Shane Malvin and Derrick Fiala, friends of the groom. Ring bearer was Joaquin Guerrero, nephew of the groom.
Ushers were Mitchell Slagter and Bryent Slagter, brothers of the bride; Terry Ahrenholz, friend of the groom; and Barry Ryks, cousin of the bride.

A reception was held at the home of the bride's parents.
Following a wedding trip to the North Shore, the couple is living in Raymond where the groom is employed by Arlyn Alsum Farming and Construction. The bride is employed by Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar.
